If for some reason you don't want what you have purchased and do not want store credit I will do my best to work with you. All returns are on a case to case basis. If you have any doubts about the piece, please don't purchase until you are sure it’s what you want.

Please do not return anything without contacting me first. Items must be returned to me in original condition within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, less cost of shipping & credit card fees. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. If the piece comes back damaged in any way you will be responsible for the costs. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages if no insurance was purchased.

    Please don't swim or shower in your jewelry. Water and detergent are hard on most materials. I
will gladly replace or repair any jewelry free of charge within that first year. The Hook and Eye clasps on the necklaces and bracelets MUST be squeezed shut while wearing. If you don’t do this the piece may come off.

   Most orders ship within 1 week after confirmation of payment. If its going to take longer I will let you know. Please be sure to email me the address you would like your package sent.

     All Jewelry Packages shipped to United States addresses are shipped Priority Mail with the USPS. ALL HATS ARE SHIPPED USPS 1ST CLASS. I offer free shipping for all orders in the United States. Purchases 50.00 & under are insured. If you would like insurance beyond that let me know & I will figure out the charges. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT INSURED. .

For most international shipping I use 1st class US postal service, Priority Mail and will charge 15.00 for jewelry, 25.00 for hats. I CANNOT SHIP FOSSIL IVORY OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

For Canada I use 1st class US Postal Service and charge 10.00 for jewelry 20.00 for hats.

 Ginny Wolf Studio is a one-woman show. I do all the work myself . Most of what you see is one of a kind or limited additions. If by chance you see a piece that you love from past listings you can always contact me. I might be able to make something similar.

 Repairs and custom work are always welcome. I charge 20.00 an hour plus cost of materials. I am always happy to do custom work with your beads or mine.

The ear wires I use are all hand made of Sterling silver, 14k gold filled or nickel free rose brass.& copper.
